Requirements and Desired Experience:

  • Active state licensure or certification in School Psychology as required by law
  • Completion of required state and educational/clinical credentials
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred
  • Familiarity with a range of assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to work in person throughout the school year

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services to support students’ mental health and academic achievement
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations, developing individualized education or intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
  • Participate in student support meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
  • Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
  • Engage in professional development and maintain compliance with all current standards
