Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure or certification in School Psychology as required by law
- Completion of required state and educational/clinical credentials
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with a range of assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work in person throughout the school year
Role Highlights and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to support students’ mental health and academic achievement
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, developing individualized education or intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in student support meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Engage in professional development and maintain compliance with all current standards
