• Active New Mexico PED School Psychologist License
• Ability and willingness to travel between school sites within the district
• Proven expertise conducting student evaluations and assessments
• Strong communication and consultative skills with educators, families, and students
• Organizational skills to manage and prioritize a caseload averaging 30-40 evaluations

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for students as part of the special education evaluation process
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies supporting student success
• Analyze data and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate district-wide to foster inclusive and supportive school environments
