About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated, licensed School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year to support students at one school site in Michigan. This is a meaningful opportunity to work directly with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every child receives the evaluations, supports, and services they need to thrive academically, behaviorally, and socially.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to determine special education eligibility
Complete detailed psychological reports in compliance with Michigan and federal standards
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team (MDT) conferences
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and contribute to Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Serve as a resource for staff on evidence-based behavioral supports and interventions
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with MARSE and IDEA requirements


Required Qualifications

Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification (required)
Master's or Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in School Psychology from an accredited program
Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and determining special education eligibility
Strong working knowledge of MARSE (Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education), IEPs, FBAs, and behavioral support frameworks
Familiarity with Michigan's special education processes and timelines


Preferred Qualifications

Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential
Experience working in a school-based setting
Bilingual skills a plus
Experience with data-based decision making and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
