Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling capabilities
  • Understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies
  • Proficient communication and documentation skills
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Develop and support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, parents, and staff
  • Intervene with evidence-based strategies for academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with eligibility determinations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Promote a positive, inclusive educational environment through advocacy and problem-solving
