Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling capabilities
- Understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies
- Proficient communication and documentation skills
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop and support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, parents, and staff
- Intervene with evidence-based strategies for academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with eligibility determinations
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Promote a positive, inclusive educational environment through advocacy and problem-solving
