Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions in a school environment
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and special education processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design student-centered interventions and promote educational success
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Participate in eligibility determination meetings, staff consultations, and professional development
