Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Proven knowledge of psychological assessments, educational testing, and data interpretation
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to provide comprehensive counseling and behavioral support services in a school setting
  • Background in crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, or case management is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs, including cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement IEPs
  • Offer individual and group counseling, supporting students with diverse needs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote positive learning environments
  • Interpret diagnostic information and report findings to families and educators
  • Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies and progress monitoring
  • Stay current on best practices and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations
