Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience or strong interest in working within schools at the elementary, middle, or high school level
  • Familiarity with special education services, IEP/504 processes, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation expertise
  • Commitment to ethically supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and functional behavior assessments
  • Interpret assessment findings and present recommendations for educational planning
  • Participate in eligibility determination, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized interventions targeting academic, social, or behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
  • Advocate for inclusive, evidence-based practices to foster student growth and learning
