Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Hold a valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing school-based psychological services to middle school students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, MTSS/RTI processes, and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively in a fast-paced educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility determinations for special education services
  • Provide counseling to students individually and in small groups, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop and implement student support plans
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Assist in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavioral and mental health outcomes
