Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ growth and success as a full-time school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This in-person, contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate across a diverse district, helping to ensure all students receive the resources and interventions they need. With work spanning multiple campuses, you’ll serve as a vital leader and advocate in students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in educational psychology (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Completion of at least one year of supervised internship under a credentialed school psychologist
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Psychology endorsement
  • Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience providing psychological services within K-12 settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
  • Support the development of individualized education and intervention plans
  • Provide direct counseling and support services to students, individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
  • Deliver crisis intervention and social-emotional support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school climate across district schools
