Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois
• Prior experience in both early childhood and K-12 educational environments encouraged
• Proficiency with play-based assessment tools and techniques
• Strong background in conducting evaluations for students of varying ages and needs
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct play-based assessments for early childhood students to support developmentally appropriate interventions
• Perform comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for district students
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Interpret data and present findings to parents, educators, and support staff
• Advocate for students’ behavioral, emotional, and academic success by developing targeted strategies
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state/federal guidelines
