Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Prior experience in high school settings or similar adolescent populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in special education
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, teachers, and guardians
• Proven ability to manage and support a caseload of 14-25 students efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support compliance documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to promote academic and social-emotional growth
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in accordance with school and state requirements
