Discover a meaningful contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting elementary-aged students during a critical leave period. This assignment centers on two closely situated schools, making your day-to-day commute between campuses effortless. You will play a vital role in helping students from preschool through fifth grade achieve success in both Aspen Elementary and the School for Young Learners.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
  • Experience conducting evaluations for students in preschool through 5th grade
  • Comfort adapting to a fluctuating evaluation caseload
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly valued, though this is not a requirement
  • Flexibility to work in person, with some remote days possible if needed
  • Previous elementary school experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students across multiple elementary grade levels
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education teams to guide instruction and support student needs
  • Provide targeted recommendations and interventions to help address learning or behavioral challenges
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
  • Support a smooth transition for the incoming and outgoing psychologists, with up to two days of overlap for onboarding if possible

Schedule and Assignment Details:

  • 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Wednesday
  • 35 hours per week, including a daily 30-minute lunch break
  • Officially begins January 4, 2027, and runs through March 29, 2027 (dates may flex)
  • Walkable campuses for easy movement between schools
