Desired Qualifications:
- Hold current state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Skilled in educational and psychological assessment for early childhood, Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Experience providing counseling and intervention services in a school setting
- Knowledgeable about special education processes, IEP eligibility, and compliance
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities with staff, families, and community agencies
- Comfortable working onsite across multiple grade levels as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychoeducational assessments for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings to develop student support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and implementation
- Deliver direct and indirect counseling and crisis intervention to support students’ mental and emotional health
- Offer consultation and professional development to staff on effective classroom strategies and student progress monitoring
- Contribute to data-driven decision making to foster inclusive, positive learning environments
