Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting evaluations and triennials, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families, and developing strategies to nurture academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active North Carolina Psychological (NCP) license
  • Valid School Psychologist license (Department of Education)
  • Demonstrated experience completing evaluations and triennial reviews
  • Comfort working with both middle and high school age groups
  • Ability to conduct in-person tasks onsite; flexibility to complete report writing at home, subject to testing and meeting schedules
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological assessments, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support the creation and implementation of intervention plans
  • Communicate assessment findings clearly to students, families, and staff
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records with attention to detail
