Desired Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification/license (or eligibility for certification)
• Relevant Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention planning in school settings
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Strong understanding of special education laws, IEPs, and eligibility determination
• Compassion, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments to help determine students’ learning needs and eligibility for special education services
• Interpret assessment data and write clear, comprehensive psychoeducational reports
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and administrators regarding student needs, behavior plans, and intervention strategies
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams, including IEP meetings and student support discussions
• Deliver direct interventions such as counseling, crisis intervention, or small-group support as needed
• Promote positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
