Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in K-12 academic settings
  • In-depth understanding of educational evaluations, IEP process, and behavioral strategies
  • Strong assessment and report writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability within diverse school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
  • Interpret assessment results, write comprehensive reports, and present findings to teams and parents
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual and group interventions for academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, student support team meetings, and risk assessments
  • Provide consultative services to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and best practices
  • Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes and help design school-wide preventive initiatives
