Required Qualifications:

• Current IVP Fingerprint Card in Arizona
• Valid Arizona Educator Certificate
• Previous experience as a school psychologist in PreK-8th grade settings is highly desirable
• Comfortable working full time, 40 hours per week
• Openness to a flexible caseload
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Develop and help implement IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers and administrators to support student needs
• Offer individual and group counseling as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and eligibility determinations
• Foster a supportive, inclusive school environment
