School Psychologist in West Chester, PA

An exciting opportunity awaits certified School Psychologists looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant educational environment. Two full-time contract positions are available, each supporting middle school students and collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Position 1: Engage with a dedicated caseload of 6th-8th graders, working on-site from 8:15AM to 3PM.
Position 2: Serve students needing occasional OOD evaluations and overflow support at ESA Middle School, with hours from 8:30AM to 4PM. Both roles require a total commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, through June 10, 2027.

You’ll have opportunities to conduct evaluations, assessments, and work closely with school staff and families, ensuring students receive the support they need for academic and social-emotional success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven school-based experience required
• Familiarity and confidence in working within urban school settings
• Expertise in conducting student evaluations and assessments
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily; no hybrid or remote arrangements possible
• Willingness to work 5 full days in person, following the designated schedule without accommodations
• Up-to-date Pennsylvania background clearances required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services for middle school students
• Administer and interpret a variety of assessments
• Contribute to the development of intervention strategies
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Document evaluations, ensuring legal and compliance standards
