Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and valid School Psychologist certification
• Experience working within school systems (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Strong assessment skills for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administration, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development, eligibility processes, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Compassionate listener who can connect with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
• Participate in and support multidisciplinary teams for IEP planning and implementation
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective interventions
• Lead or assist with crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Facilitate social and emotional learning initiatives
• Help design and implement positive behavior support strategies
