We are searching for a dedicated School Psychologist to be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team in a welcoming educational environment near Westerville, OH. Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for Ohio schools
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Solid understanding of evaluation and re-evaluation processes within a school setting
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ETR meeting protocols
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to facilitate meetings with a team-based approach
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, focusing on both elementary and middle school populations
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations, utilizing best practices and evidence-based techniques
- Serve as the lead facilitator in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) meetings, engaging with educators, families, and other professionals
- Collaborate as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team to support student outcomes
- Offer guidance and active participation in IEP meetings, ensuring services and goals are tailored for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards across all responsibilities
