Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for Ohio schools
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
• Solid understanding of evaluation and re-evaluation processes within a school setting
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ETR meeting protocols
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to facilitate meetings with a team-based approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Carry a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, focusing on both elementary and middle school populations
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations, utilizing best practices and evidence-based techniques
• Serve as the lead facilitator in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) meetings, engaging with educators, families, and other professionals
• Collaborate as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team to support student outcomes
• Offer guidance and active participation in IEP meetings, ensuring services and goals are tailored for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards across all responsibilities
