Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to develop individualized education program (IEP) recommendations and behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer evaluations to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
  • Support crisis response and intervention activities within the school community
  • Consult with teachers and parents regarding student progress, interventions, and strategies
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
