Elementary Middle School School Psych - White Hall, Arkansas

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active school psychologist license
• Certification as a school psychologist
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Knowledge of IEP processes, MTSS, and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social-emotional needs
• Consult with teachers and staff to address learning and behavioral concerns
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
• Participate in problem-solving and data review meetings
• Engage families in the process to ensure a whole-child approach to educational planning
• Maintain up-to-date reports, records, and necessary documentation in compliance with district/state guidelines
