Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Certification in School Psychology
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across all grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in multi-tiered systems of support and response to intervention initiatives
• Contribute to IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and 504 planning
• Offer consultation and professional development to staff on topics related to student mental health, learning differences, and behavior management
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
