Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
  • Proven experience developing effective behavioral intervention plans for young learners
  • Strong background in assisting staff with managing behaviors across various school settings
  • Ability to work independently across two elementary sites
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct and consultative psychological services to elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans in collaboration with educational teams
  • Assist staff in utilizing appropriate classroom management techniques
  • Conduct pre-referral assessments and evaluative activities as needed
  • Advocate for students’ emotional and behavioral needs through planning and intervention
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for students and staff alike

This role is structured as a 35-hour, onsite contract position aligned with the academic year, beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027. Work across two supportive elementary schools, positively shaping the educational experience for students in need.
