You’ll work a consistent schedule, providing essential on-site psychological services 7 hours per day throughout the academic year. Engage closely with school teams to provide pre-referral and evaluative activities, ensuring every student receives the support they need.

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
• Previous experience developing behavior intervention plans in school settings
• Demonstrated ability to support staff in managing student behaviors
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and collaboration
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of elementary-grade student needs and learning environments
• Ability to work confidently and independently across multiple locations

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans
