Located within easy reach of White Rock, this onsite position allows you to work directly with elementary-aged students across two campuses, collaborating closely with school staff to foster positive behavioral outcomes in diverse learning environments.

You will play a key role in both pre-referral support and evaluative processes, ensuring students receive the resources and assistance they need to succeed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker.
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings.
  • Skilled in supporting and training educators to manage student behaviors across multiple environments.
  • Strong background in pre-referral interventions, student evaluations, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs across two elementary sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior plans for elementary students.
  • Partner with teachers and staff to provide ongoing behavioral support and guidance.
  • Conduct pre-referral interventions and participate in all stages of student evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration to foster a supportive school climate.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices throughout service delivery.
  • Provide services onsite, working a consistent 35-hour weekly schedule over the school year.
