Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid School Psychologist certification
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse student populations in school settings
- Strong skills in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional strengths and needs
- Provide both direct and consultative psychological services to support student success
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor intervention strategies
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
- Work closely with educators and families to create positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards and regulations
