Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a valid School Psychologist certification
• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse student populations in school settings
• Strong skills in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional strengths and needs
• Provide both direct and consultative psychological services to support student success
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor intervention strategies
• Offer counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
• Work closely with educators and families to create positive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards and regulations
