Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, interventions, and counseling in school settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
• Experience developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to evaluate students’ needs and progress
• Develop and implement strategies to support students’ emotional, social, and academic growth
• Provide direct support and counseling to students dealing with behavioral or learning difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community agencies to coordinate student services
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and recommend accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines
