School Psychologist - Willoughby, Ohio

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong background in counseling, consultation, and collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varying school environments and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students, supporting their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement interventions and support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise for student success plans
• Support crisis intervention and prevention strategies within the school community
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation complies with relevant guidelines and timelines
