Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active State License in School Psychology
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing interventions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI models and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and support services as needed
• Promote a positive school climate and foster mental wellness initiatives
• Maintain thorough documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards
