A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming semester at a K-12 school in the Wilmington, DE area. This is a contracted role ideal for a dedicated professional ready to provide essential psychological services within an educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master’s program in School Psychology
- Valid State License as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 educational environments (preferred)
Location:
- Wilmington, Delaware metropolitan area
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning, behavior, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and implement interventions and support plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services when necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assist in fostering a safe and supportive learning environment through data-driven strategies
