Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
- Strong foundation in consultation, behavioral intervention, and counseling techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse school communities
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP/504 processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of IEPs and 504 plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of interventions and supports
- Assist with crisis interventions and behavioral management plans
- Support a positive, inclusive, and safe school climate
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all confidentiality and legal requirements
