Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid (or eligible for) state certification/license as a School Psychologist
• Experience in school-based psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation
• Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS, IEPs, and special education processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse students and staff
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students referred for evaluation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans
• Provide individual and group counseling/intervention services to students as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support positive behavioral interventions and effective learning environments
• Assist with crisis intervention, prevention programs, and data-driven decision making
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
