Title: School Psychologist – Early Years Program

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for immediate openings through June 12, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to support students within the district's Early Years Program while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple age groups. Multiple positions are available for candidates who are passionate about supporting student success through comprehensive evaluation and intervention services.

Requirements:

Active Delaware School Psychologist Licensure required
School-based experience preferred
Strong psychoeducational evaluation and report writing skills
Ability to manage a varied student caseload
Onsite only

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and district staff
Support students across preschool, elementary, and high school populations

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
15–30 minute Microsoft Teams interview directly with the district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the interview.
