A school district in Wilmington, Delaware is working with Soliant to contract a full-time school psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Ideal candidates must have a Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology (or a related field) with a pending or active Delaware certification in School Psychology. Wilmington has a smaller, quieter city feel but is commutable from major metropolitan cities such as Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and New York City.   • Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs
  • Experience in the K-12 school setting
  • Interpret data and develop comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings in accordance with IDEA
  • Provide individual and group counseling services
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement academic and behavioral interventions
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Support crisis intervention and student safety planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
