Exciting contract opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist to make a lasting impact across a dynamic K-12 setting. This district-wide role covers four schools, supporting students, teachers, and families through comprehensive psychological services. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required
  • Experience with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education processes and compliance
  • Ability to conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultation skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to various school environments and engaging with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological services across four district buildings, spanning K-12
  • Administer assessments, interpret data, and help design effective educational interventions
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input to student support teams
  • Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services for students, staff, and families
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to foster positive outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical standards and district protocols

The position is a full-time contract (35-37.5 hours per week), beginning August 26, 2026, and running through June 14, 2027. You'll have the opportunity to make a district-wide contribution, ensuring students have the resources and advocacy they need for academic and personal growth.
