School Psychologist - Windsor, VT

Make a positive impact throughout an entire district as a dedicated School Psychologist supporting K-12 students across four buildings. This is a contract opportunity located near Windsor, VT, providing vital mental health, behavioral, and academic support services during the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and fellow professionals to help foster student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required
• Experience with K-12 student populations strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessments, intervention strategies, and IEP development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a district-wide caseload and travel between four buildings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across K-12
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and student support plans
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed
• Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to identify and address barriers to learning
• Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health initiatives district-wide
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines
