Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active Illinois (IL) School Psychologist license required
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of special education law and best practices
- Experience with preschool, elementary, and adolescent populations desirable
- Commitment to clear and compassionate family communication
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct re-evaluation reviews, eligibility meetings, and functional behavioral assessments
- Support initial evaluations as assigned
- Deliver screenings and assessments for early childhood (traveling between multiple preschools as needed)
- Facilitate IEP meetings and MTSS data team discussions
- Advise and collaborate with families, general and special education staff
