Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
• Ability to manage caseloads and fulfill documentation requirements in a timely manner

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments to identify student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement interventions and action plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on accommodations and supports
• Provide direct counseling or crisis intervention services to students as needed
• Deliver professional development and training for staff on topics such as mental health and behavior management
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all ethical, legal, and procedural standards
