Your expertise in multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) will be vital in fostering environments where all students can thrive. You’ll take the lead in facilitating Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP), along with coordinating Special Education eligibility assessments. Direct student services will also be an important aspect of your day-to-day responsibilities, allowing you to directly contribute to student well-being and academic achievement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active state licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Certification aligned with high school student support
  • Solid background in conducting and coordinating FBA/BSP processes
  • Experience or familiarity with MTSS frameworks in school settings
  • Ability to perform Special Education eligibility assessments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Enthusiasm for working in a high school environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services to high school students
  • Collaborate with educational staff to implement MTSS interventions
  • Lead and facilitate Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Support Plans
  • Conduct assessments to determine Special Education eligibility
  • Deliver direct student counseling or intervention as needed
  • Document and report findings in accordance with school guidelines
