Key Qualifications:

• Valid state license and School Psychologist certification required
• Previous experience serving high school-aged students is desirable
• Strong knowledge of MTSS frameworks, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and Behavior Support Plan (BSP) facilitation
• Skilled in conducting Special Education Eligibility Assessments
• Confident communicator adept at both independent work and collaborative, team-based environments
• Ability to provide some direct counseling or intervention services to students as needed

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a crucial resource for multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) implementation
• Coordinate and facilitate FBA/BSP processes, ensuring best practices and compliance
• Conduct comprehensive Special Education Eligibility Assessments and report findings to educational teams
• Deliver targeted guidance and direct services to students when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to develop relevant strategies for student success
