High School Licensed School Psychologist - Woodburn, OR

Candidates should possess:

• Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist, with credentials current for Oregon
• Experience working with high school populations
• Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) frameworks and implementation
• Familiarity with functional behavioral assessment (FBA) and behavior support plan (BSP) development, coordination, and facilitation
• Expertise in special education eligibility assessments and related documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and families
• Ability to deliver direct services to students as needed

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading MTSS initiatives to support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes
• Conducting and facilitating FBAs and developing data-driven BSPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Completing comprehensive special education eligibility assessments and presenting findings to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing both indirect consultation and direct support to students, teachers, and families
• Maintaining thorough records and adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards
• Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance service delivery
