Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students from elementary through middle school preferred
- Familiarity supporting children with a spectrum of disabilities (mild to severe)
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students, interpreting results and recommending interventions
- Participate in development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Support teachers and families with implementation of targeted strategies
- Foster safe, supportive, and inclusive school environments
