Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Washington State School Psychologist Certification required
• Experience or strong interest in assessing and supporting diverse disabilities (mild to severe)
• Knowledge of best practices in intervention, counseling, and consultation within school settings

• Ability to advocate for students’ educational, social, and emotional needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Participate as a key member of multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based intervention plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Engage with families and staff to foster collaborative problem-solving
• Maintain detailed documentation and timely reporting to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
