Step into a dynamic educational environment, supporting students ages 12 to 18 (and up to 21 for special education) at two connected school buildings. Begin this rewarding contract assignment as soon as possible and make a lasting impact through May 28, 2027. As a vital resource, you’ll work closely with a manageable caseload—typically around 25 students by the end of the academic year—providing both assessment and counseling services that empower learners to reach their full potential.

Enjoy a structured weekday schedule, working on site from 7:10 am to 2:40 pm. Your workday totals 7.5 hours, with 7 paid hours each day, equaling 35 hours of paid time per week. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with educational teams, students, and families to foster a supportive atmosphere and ensure educational accessibility.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with middle and high school students (ages 12–18; ages up to 21 in special education)
  • Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Ability to provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services
  • Effective communication with students, staff, and families
  • Organizational skills for managing a caseload of approximately 25 students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer formal/informal assessments and communicate findings
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
  • Offer counseling, consultative, and crisis intervention services
  • Advocate for students’ needs through collaboration with families and staff
  • Document services and maintain accurate records

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55 to $60, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
