Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Solid understanding of special education laws and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills and adaptability within dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and write detailed reports
- Interpret assessment data and collaborate in eligibility determinations for special education services
- Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement interventions
- Support Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Promote safe, supportive, and inclusive learning spaces for all students
