Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Proven experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and IEP meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI frameworks and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments for students referred by educators and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional and behavioral growth
  • Consult with parents and staff to deliver classroom-based and targeted interventions
  • Contribute to crisis intervention, prevention, and the creation of safe school climates
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
