This full-time position in Yuma, AZ offers an opportunity for a School Psychologist to support students from PreK through 8th grade within a dynamic school setting. Working onsite, the role runs from early August 2026 through late May 2027, with possibility for travel candidates to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessment and evaluation services to students in grades PreK-8.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop interventions that support student learning and well-being.
- Manage a caseload aligned with the school's needs, assisting approximately 26-27 students.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Arizona Educator Certification.
- Current IVP Fingerprint Card.
- Experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-8 school environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to work onsite full time and commit to the duration of the contract.
