This full-time role gives you the chance to collaborate with fellow professionals and staff, engage with diverse student populations, and see the direct impact of your work daily. With the chance to split your expertise between two campuses and manage a caseload of approximately 50 evaluations, your skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration will contribute meaningfully to students’ academic and personal progress.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in conducting evaluations, interpreting data, and providing actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and best practices in school psychology
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity
- Comfortable working across K-5 and K-11 age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students on both campuses
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in eligibility team meetings and consult with families
- Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies as needed
- Support both campuses by maintaining organized records and timely documentation
- Engage in flexible scheduling, with afternoons preferred for interviews and the option of additional summer assignments
