Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in a school setting preferred, but open to candidates eager to support young learners in an educational environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and offer resources as needed
