Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement evidence-based individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and meet IEP goals
- Regularly document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students as needed
- Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding progress and strategies for home reinforcement
