Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for, or possess, a current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students referred for speech and language services
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication needs
- Work closely with teachers and families to integrate therapy goals within the classroom and at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and collaborative planning
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers as needed
