Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) credential, or eligibility preferred
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting or with pediatric populations highly desirable
• Strong understanding of recreational therapy techniques, group facilitation, and behavior management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:
