What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or certified as a School Therapist and/or ABA Therapist
• Experience working within school settings is highly valued
• Ability to travel between 2-3 sites as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy services to students according to IEPs and behavioral plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies that support student success
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
