Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Certification and licensure as required for ABA Therapy or OT in Arizona
• Previous experience working in a school, pediatric, or educational setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills
• Comfortable providing therapy across 2-3 school sites
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment
• Familiarity with IEP processes and development is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of individual students
• Create, implement, and adjust therapeutic plans in collaboration with educators and other specialists
• Deliver direct ABA or OT services to students, adapting interventions as needed
• Document progress, participate in meetings, and contribute to IEPs
• Engage in ongoing communication with caregivers, teachers, and support staff
• May support 2-3 sites, tailoring services to fit each learning environment
