Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current credentials as an ABA Therapist or School Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged students in educational or clinical settings
• Ability to travel between 2-3 locations each week
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Responsive approach to individualized student needs
• Previous experience in school environments is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person therapy sessions to individuals and groups as assigned by each school site
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of student support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district protocols
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Provide direct support in classrooms and other educational settings as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
