Educational Sign Language Interpreter - Bartlesville, Oklahoma

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting middle school students as a Sign Language Interpreter for a district near Bartlesville, OK. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide 1:1 support to a student, ensuring equal access to education and fostering a collaborative, inclusive classroom environment. Beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 20, 2027, this part-time opening runs daily from 12–3:30pm CST, with the exciting potential to expand to full-time in the future.

Key Qualifications:

• Current EIPA score of at least 3.5 is required
• Demonstrated experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings
• In-depth knowledge of ASL and the ability to interpret classroom instruction and communication effectively
• Flexible to support onsite (preferred) or virtual/VOCO interpreting as district needs evolve
• Capable of building strong rapport with middle school students
• Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and supporting a positive student experience
